2、 Packaging. There are markings on the insulation layer of the real wire, such as wire specifications and models, 3C certification, etc., and the handwriting is clear. Generally, it can not be washed off, even wiped off. If you want to wash off the handwriting, you must use Lacquer thinner to wash it off. There is a certificate of conformity in the wire coil, which includes the manufacturer's address, phone number, 3C identification, quality system certification, voltage, wire model and specifications, etc. On the other hand, fake lines are either absent or lacking.
3、 Copper. The higher the brightness of copper, the better, and the brightness is uniform, shiny, and without a sense of layering. Qualified copper wire cores should be purple red, shiny, and soft to the touch. If a small piece of plastic outer skin can be peeled off, carefully examine the copper wire inside, and lightly touch the top of the copper wire with the palm of the hand. The feeling should be smooth and non irritating, with a relatively soft touch.
However, counterfeit copper core wires have purple black, yellowish or whitish copper cores with many impurities, poor mechanical strength, and poor toughness. A slight force can cause it to break, and there are often broken wires inside the wires. When checking, you only need to peel off one end of the wire by 2CM and then rub a piece of white paper slightly on the copper core. If there is black substance on the white paper, it indicates that there are many impurities in the copper core. In addition, the insulation layer of fake and inferior wires appears to be very thick, but in fact, most of them are made of recycled plastic. Over time, the insulation layer will age and leak electricity.
4、 Length. The country does not mandate the production of rice, but many manufacturers also produce rice. The rice produced may not be in accordance with the national standard, but the general national standard generally does not produce rice. Non standard rice marking is just a means, and the general length of the national standard line is 100 meters.
5、 We need to try. A wire end can be repeatedly bent by hand, and those that have a soft feel, good fatigue resistance, high elasticity of plastic or rubber feel, and no cracks on the insulation of the wire are considered excellent products.
